Nessa Lucey

On 8th January, 2026, peacefully, in the compassionate and expert care of Macroom Community Hospital, Nessa loving wife of the late Ted Lucey and devoted mother of the late Cathy Lucey, sister of the late Colm, Derry Joe O Hegarty and Aideen Sutton.
Sady missed by her daughters Margaret, Joan, Mary, Aideen and Ann, their husbands and partners Paul Hickey, Kevin MCarthy, Padraig O'Connell, David Boothroyd, and Richard Aspinall, also her grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister Margaret, nephews, nieces and good friends.

Arrangements

Reception into St Colman’s Church, Macroom (P12VP20) at 6pm with prayers on Friday 9th January, reposing until 7.00pm.
Requiem Mass, in St Colman’s Church, Macroom on Saturday 10th January at 2.30 pm which can be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/macroom followed by burial in St. Colman’s Cemetery, Macroom.
Family flowers only, donations to Horizon Cope Foundation.
