On February 25th, 2026, at the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork, after a long illness, MARI (Gortyleahy, Raleigh, Macroom) passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.
Very dearly loved wife and best friend of Jimmy and adored mother of Brendan, James, Paul, Maria and Gina, loved grandmother of Anna, James, Patrick, Adam, Tadhg, Bobby, Conor and Cathal and deeply loved mother-in-law to Grace, Michelle, Seán and Logan. Mari will be greatly missed by her loving husband and family, sisters Jill and Marguerite, extended family, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and friends.


Arrangements

Reception into St. Colman's Church, Macroom, (P12 VP20) on Friday the 27th of February, at 6pm with prayers reposing until 7.30pm.
Requiem Mass for Mari on Saturday the 28th of February at 2pm which can be viewed live on www.churchservices.tv/macroom, with burial afterwards at St. Colman's Cemetery, Macroom.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, may be made in lieu to the Hope Foundation.
House private please.
Due to reduced parking on Chapel Hill, please use the town car park.
